Don't Panic Daisy is provided by WeCodeMobile, ul. Potęgowska 20/40, 80-174 Gdańsk, Poland (hello@wecodemobile.com).
Health notice
Daisy is a breathing aid for general wellbeing. It is not a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. It is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor or mental health professional.
If you have a heart or lung condition, are pregnant, or feel dizzy, faint or unwell while breathing with the app, stop and breathe normally, and ask a doctor before continuing.
Daisy is not an emergency service. If you're in crisis or think you might harm yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.
Using the app
You may use Daisy for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app or its animations, except where the law allows it.
Supporter subscription
The breathing features are free. The optional supporter subscription is sold through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown there (for example $0.99 a month or $4.99 a year in the US).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Daisy running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or retire features. If we discontinue the subscription, we'll stop renewals.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Daisy is provided as is, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using Daisy after a change, the new terms apply.
